This modern hotel offers spacious public areas including a huge reception area and open plan bar, large restaurant, leisure centre with indoor pool, sauna and steam room and gym. The 155 bedrooms are a good size and well equipped and are on either ground or first floors with ensuite bathrooms with bath and shower over, flat screen TV, tea/coffee making and hairdryers.
All meals with the exception of breakfast will be in the Danetree Suite which is on the ground floor and adjacent to the reception area. Breakfast will be served in the hotel restaurant. Guests will have access to our ‘cinema rooms’ (these will be function rooms with regular chairs, where films will be shown on a big screen- details nearer the time). The hotel has a lift and there is a large car park offering free coach parking.

Day 1
23rd December – Arrival Day.
3.00pm – 4.30pm: Arrive at the hotel with tea, coffee and cake.
6.00pm: Enjoy a glass of Mulled wine and listen to our Carol Singers entertain and get you into the festive mood.
7.00pm – 9.00pm: 3 course dinner followed by tea/coffee. Remainder of evening at leisure.
Day 2
Christmas Eve.
7.00am – 9.30am: Full English buffet breakfast.
Suggested Excursions and extras (charges apply)
• Soup and sandwich lunch in the hotel from £9.50 per person.
• Pantomime – Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs at the Northampton Derngate Theatre at 1.00pm. Tickets from £20 per person – Also available Boxing Day.
• Warwick Castle (also available to visit Boxing Day).
• Shakespeare’s Birthplace, Stratford Upon Avon (also available Boxing day).
• Heart of the Shires shopping Village – range of character shops set around a Victorian Courtyard).
2.30pm – 5.00pm: Relax in the Lounge with tea/coffee and cake, or alternatively watch a film in one of our cinema rooms – popcorn and sweets available to purchase for the authentic experience.
7.00pm – 8.30pm: 3 course dinner with tea/coffee.
From 8.30pm: Christmas Eve Entertainment from a singer on a keyboard will be in the informal setting of the bar & reception area, there will also be board games available for your own entertainment.
Day 3
Christmas Day.
7.00am – 9.30am: Full English Buffet Breakfast.
10.30am – 12.30pm: Tea/coffee available in the lounge. Guess the weight of the of the Christmas cake competition.
1.00pm – 3.00pm: Traditional Christmas Day Luncheon with hats and crackers and a glass of wine.
3.00pm: Queen’s Speech with tea/coffee and Christmas cake.
3.30pm – 5.30pm: Watch a film in one of our cinema rooms – popcorn and sweets available to purchase for the authentic experience, or alternatively board games will be available for your own entertainment.
6.00pm – 8.00pm: Light buffet meal. The rest of the evening is at your leisure.
Day 4
Boxing Day.
7.00am – 9.30am: Full English Buffet Breakfast.

• Upton House & Gardens (National Trust) – Gardens open for Winter Walk between 12.00 and 4.00pm (restaurant & shop also open).
• Stowe (National Trust) – Garden, cafe, shop and Parlour rooms open 10am to 4pm.
2.30pm – 5.00pm: Relax in the Lounge with tea/coffee and cake, or watch a film in one of our cinema rooms – popcorn and sweets available to purchase!
7.00pm – 8.00pm: Farewell dinner.
8.30pm: Live Entertainment.
Day 5
27th December – Departure Day.
7.00am to 9.30am: Full English buffet breakfast. Depart at your leisure.

Although this hotel is suitable for persons of limited mobility, with flat corridors and ground floor rooms, in order for us to ensure that suitable rooms are allocated, please advise us in writing of any clients with special requirements at your earliest convenience. The hotel offers 2 x fully accessible rooms with wet rooms, and 2 x adapted rooms with wider doors, lower baths and grab rails.
